William Holland - Bsc (Hons) MCIAT 
 
William began working at Architectural Design Partnership (CIAT registered practice) in 2013 during his placement year at university. He secured a full-time position within the Partnership upon graduating with a Bsc Hons degree in Architectural Technology and has progressed within the practice to an Associate Partner. 
 
Whilst at University William won the ADP Prize for "top first year student in Architectural Technology" at Ulster University as well as gaining the Deans List Award for academic excellence. William went on to receive the Hays PLC Placement prize for top placement student. 
 
William became a chartered member of the Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists (CIAT) in August 2017, since then he’s went on to become a Regional CPD Officer for the Region 15 (Northern Ireland) committee and has recently been elected as the Region 15 Councilor. 
 
William took up his position as chairperson for YATN / AspirATion Northern Ireland in 2013 while studying for his degree. He is now the Vice Chair of the Over-arching Aspiration Group. 
 
William’s specialism lies in Healthcare Design, working closely with RQIA and other statutory bodies to deliver functional and compliant care and medical facilities. William leads design teams from conception to completion on site to maximize and ensure efficiency, collaboration and compliance with CDM regulations. William’s understanding of the RQIA standards, policies and client’s requirements ensures that designs are both functional and commercially viable.
